To our Valued Shareholders and Customers,
I am pleased to report that our June fiscal year ended on an upbeat as we formally announced the TTI strategic investment;  a combination of cash, which we will disclose in our year end statement as well as systems, product support and services. 
The GET team was quick to meet with and product train TTI’s experienced customer service department while meeting with their IT department as we integrate their state-of-the-art S.A.P. systems into our own.  In addition to commingling their systems and service as part of our own, their cash investment will be put to good branding and product development use as we GET ready to unveil our new “Change Your Oil, Change Your World” ad campaign beginning in the September issue of Car & Driver and a handful of new products; including G-FUEL Fuel Stabilizer, G-FUEL Charcoal Starter and G-CLEAN Grill & Surface Cleaner to complement our existing G-OIL and G-CLEAN. In addition, we are developing a whole line of Biodegradable paint thinners and strippers at the request of our customers. This happens to be a very large category opportunity for us and fits with our “Do It Yourself” model.
For those of you planning summertime projects, I hope you caught our national ACE Hardware Ads aggressively advertising our G-TIRE Ultimate Tire Shine, G-WHEEL Wheel Cleaner, G-GLASS Glass Cleaner and G-WASH Car Wash…results were fabulous as more and more ACE Hardware Dealers are adding GET products to their everyday mix.  Over in the mid-west, our appearance products are still available on end caps over at Meijers.
As for the G-OIL 5W-30 green motor oil, we are currently accepting orders and getting ready to roll out distribution in conjunction with our advertising…expecting shipments to begin by the end of July for testing in a variety of auto part retailers for the remainder of Summer and throughout the Fall season.  The G-1 Racing Oil will also be ready to ship and will be made available on various specialty websites as we test with a growing number of race teams who have expressed a strong interest for our “NGB” racing oils that have proven to reduce wear, lower friction and provide more horsepower while being safe for the environment.
Finally, Lime Rock Park (Lakeville, CT) will once again host the best sports car racing in the country, July 17 – 18, as the American Le Mans Series returns for Round 5 of their 2009 championship. The ALMS machines are widely acclaimed for their amazing technology and green initiatives, but last year proved that these guys also put on an amazing show. If you do come, please feel free to stop by. Our team will be the ones in GREEN shirts with our G-Oil logos prominently displayed.
Once again, the Green Earth team continues to add value across the board. Each month we make strides to build out our products with high quality and purpose. We have come a long way in just 2 years and are quite proud of our progress in such a short period of time. I like Warren Buffett because he is a long term believer in his investment philosophy and brand creation thoughts. In building Green Earth G-Branded products we believe over the long term our prospects for continued success will indeed demonstrate that this country is the home of innovation for those who make it happen.
